About me

Hello! I'm a PhD candidate in the Operations and Technology group at the UCL School of Management. I'm fortunate to be co-advised by Prof. Kenan Arifoglu and Prof. Bilal Gokpinar.

My research interest lies in the area of healthcare operations management. My current focus is on evaluating the impact of financial incentives on the operational performance of healthcare providers and the issues around them. For this purpose, I apply game-theoretic models and empirical analysis. My work has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2025 INFORMS MSOM Best Student Paper Competition and the 2025 INFORMS Health Applications Society Student Paper Competition.
